Digital Exams:
Digital exams can be taken on a Macbook, Windows laptop or Desktop, or school managed Chromebook; students can not use personal Chromebooks.   Beginning April 8th, students and teachers will be able to download and install the digital testing application, which will allow students to practice for the digital format.

For digital exams, students will need to log into their college board account, check-in, and be ready for testing 30 minutes before the start time listed above.

In-Person Exams;

Please bring the following:
  • Photo ID  (i.e. driver’s license or student body card)
  • Watch  (No watches with Internet ability will be allowed)
  • #  2 Pencils with erasers (mechanical pencils are not allowed).
  • Black or Blue ballpoint pen
  • Approved Calculator for Specific Exams:  Approved Calculators for AP exams

Students will be given a break during testing, feel free to bring a snack and some water.  If you bring a backpack, it will be kept at the front of the room, or in an adjoining room, during the entire testing period.

Absolutely no cell phones will be allowed in the testing rooms, or during break times.  If you bring a phone, it cannot be on your person during the entire testing period – it can be placed in your backpack, and you will be able to pick it up after testing.  Per College Board Policy, any device used, even during a break, will be confiscated and you will be dismissed from the test.

Receiving College Board Approved Accommodations:
If you have been granted small setting testing accommodations or extra time through the College Board, this will be arranged ahead of time.  For In-Person testing, students will report to the testing location listed above for their exam, and they will be escorted to your small setting testing location, where all accommodations approved by the College Board will be provided.  Accommodations will be provided by the College Board through the digital format.

Students will be excused from classes during the time the testing takes place.  Please keep in mind that students are expected to attend all other classes prior to and after testing.
