Registration Process for M-ATop of Page

 
1. All Parent/Guardian must verify their address at the Sequoia Union High School District Office.
 
2. All Students Complete Registration Paperwork on campus. You must provide a copy of student’s birth certificate, immunization record, transcript and exit grades (transcript and exit grades for current high school students). If your student has an IEP, please provide a copy of the IEP.

3. Registration information by grade level:

For students who enroll at M-A in the 9th grade before fall semester begins:
  • Complete reading and math assessments in Guidance Office.
    • There are four testing time slots:
      • Wed. 9-11 AM, Wed 1:30-3:30 PM, Th 9-11 AM, Th 1:30-3:30 PM.
  • Complete elective selection form.
  • Class schedule will be created by a guidance counselor.
For students who enroll at M-A in the 9th grade after the fall semester starts:
  • Complete reading and math assessments in Guidance Office.
    • There are four testing time slots:
      • Wed. 9-11 AM, Wed 1:30-3:30 PM, Th 9-11 AM, Th 1:30-3:30 PM.
  • The registrar will schedule a meeting with a guidance counselor to create a class schedule
For students who will begin at M-A in the 10th grade:
  • Complete reading and math assessments in Guidance Office.  
    • There are four testing time slots:
      • Wed. 9-11 AM, Wed 1:30-3:30 PM, Th 9-11 AM, Th 1:30-3:30 PM.
  • Bring all prior transcripts and grade reports to the registrar.
  • The registrar will schedule a meeting with a guidance counselor to create a schedule
 
For students who will begin at M-A in the 11th or 12th grade:
  • Bring all prior transcripts and grade reports to the registrar
  • The registrar will schedule a meeting with a guidance counselor to create a schedule.4.

Students enrolling before school starts in August should log into Infinite Campus the day before school starts to check the finalized schedule.  Students enrolling after the first day of school will meet come to the guidance office to receive their schedule and to meet with a student guide from our Transfer Student Success program.
