If you are interesed in using our facilities, please follow these directions:

  • First click on the Facility Use Calendar link below to determine if a facility is available for use. If you are interested in reserving a specific facility, remember to select your facility of choice from the filter, and click the "Apply" tab on the calendar for availability.
  • Create an account with Civic Permits - Once you have determined a facility is available through the Facility Use Calendar, please sign up for a facility use account through the Sign up for a Facilities Account link, below. You only need to set up an account once to begin your facilities requests.
  • Please make all facilities requests through Civic Permits. Remember to include proof of insurance or non-profit status under the "Documents" tab if you are an outside agency requesting facilities use.
