SDMSC (2016-2017) Meeting dates/times

Notes: 
Meetings are held in the staff lounge on Thursday afternoons.
Meetings will generally occur twice a month (exceptions are made for school holidays).
The first meeting each month will generally be the shorter, one hour meeting (3:45-4:45pm).
The second meeting each month will be the longer, two hour meeting and food will be provided (3:45pm-5:45pm).
Meetings may be adjourned early if agenda items have been covered and a motion to adjourn has been made and seconded.
Meetings may be cancelled due to lack of agenda items.
If you are unable to attend a meeting, please try to send a colleague from your department so everyone is properly represented when votes occur.
